本作围绕世界各国文学名作来进行，明明不爱看书的「町田佐和子」，却老爱前往图书馆伪装成一副读书家模样……以这不纯心态阅读书籍的佐和子因此遭到其它爱书人的吐嘈，衍生出一部短篇搞笑故事！另外，本作曾以独特内容荣获第18届手冢治虫文化奖，喜爱独特风格的读者可千万不错过本作喔！。"奸母"，杀戮，与《残酷食人族》，如出一辙，意大利超真实恐怖片经典之作。不完全是由头杀到完场，至少它有一两场"床戏"与裸女，更有"奸母"的异象，满足大部分(男性)观众的愿望。它的拍摄手法亦不算太粗烂，布景不差，丧尸的化妆尤其好。演员演出也算不俗。其实是七、八十年代意大利外销美国的B级商业电影的代表作。。"In 1998, Jean-Luc Godard made a short video entitled Adieu au TNS (Farewell to the TNS).
